This website is published by PKG Systems under the Aware Design name. This page describes the public awaredesign.com site—not the separate Waypost demonstration or a private ChatGPT Sites review copy.
The examples on this site
The photography-workshop example and the build-rule inspector use your selected answer only in the open page. They do not save that choice as a visitor profile, submit a booking or call an AI model. All the workshop details are fictional.
Those examples are separate from the page measurement and forms described below. Choosing an answer in an example does not subscribe you or send an inquiry.
Basic page measurement
The site loads our own activity-reporting script from this domain and sends its events to a same-domain endpoint. The script reports page visits, referring links and campaign tags when present, time on a page, scroll depth and event times. It does not send the workshop's selected answer, form message text or a cross-visit visitor identifier in those events.
The analytics service uses an IP address temporarily to limit abusive requests; it does not put that address in the stored analytics event. Web-server and hosting logs are separate and may contain connection and request details, including IP addresses, browser headers and URLs.
The analytics service is configured to remove raw events after 90 days and retain aggregate statistics. Operational logs, messages and subscriptions have different storage and retention arrangements; do not read the 90-day period as applying to every kind of information.
This release adds no advertising pixels, third-party analytics library or new measurement events. The measurement script does not set tracking cookies or create a persistent visitor profile.
Browser privacy signals
The shared runtime recognizes Global Privacy Control, a privacy preference sent by some browsers or extensions. It prevents the runtime from using its remembered mode and clears previously stored runtime history. Basic page measurement can still run; Global Privacy Control is not implemented here as a switch that stops every request or every operational log.
The ordinary pages and workshop example do not require a saved visitor preference. The separate Waypost site provides its own visible privacy controls.
Contacting us
When you submit an inquiry, the form service receives your name, email address, optional organization and message. It stores the inquiry in our database and sends an internal notification to the Aware Design mailbox using Amazon Simple Email Service. The receiving team uses the inquiry to handle your request.
A first-build inquiry is labeled as such. It does not automatically include selections from the fictional workshop. Do not include passwords, account credentials, medical records or other sensitive information in the form.
A successful on-screen confirmation means the form service accepted the request. Email notification is a separate step; it is not proof that someone has already read or replied to your message.
Email updates
If you subscribe, the service stores the email address and signup source for the updates list and sends an internal signup notification. Reading the site does not require subscribing.
To stop updates or ask about a stored inquiry or subscription, contact hello@awaredesign.com or privacy@pkgsystems.com. The form service does not apply the analytics system's 90-day deletion rule to these records.
Providers and access
Hosting, database, email and operational systems process information needed to run the site and handle requests. The current hosting uses Amazon Web Services, and the notification service uses Amazon Simple Email Service. A same-domain browser request does not mean that no service provider processes the information.
The application's measurement and form services are controlled by us. This page does not claim that infrastructure logs are absent or that hosting on our chosen systems makes information anonymous.
Questions and requests
Email privacy@pkgsystems.com to ask what information we hold about you, request a copy or correction, ask for deletion, or raise a concern about its use. Explain the request in your own words; avoid sending more sensitive information than is needed to identify it.
The Waypost demonstration is a separate site. Its Privacy panel explains its current modes and lets you inspect or turn off its awareness features. Its welcome and tour preferences are interface controls, not choices in this site's workshop example.
